"I've been a State Farm customer for over 20 years. The agent I started with was the agent that took care of my grandparents when they started driving. I loved my experience with State Farm up until I switched to this agency. I wanted to cancel a policy. I physically went(01/02/2025)in to cancel and the rep gave me a verbal confirmation twice that it was canceled. Fast forward to today, and they are still charging me for the policy! I called to get it cancelled AGAIN, but with a paper trail this time. I sent a formal cancellation request from Ashley 04/01/2025, and they still ran my CC for the policy weeks later. Ashley failed to follow up and inform me of what is going on. after I followed up, I was told I would get a check, but was never told the amount, given a tracking number, and told when it would arrive. I asked to be provided a contact to call corp. and she brushed me off with a 1 800 state farm number. With all the agencies available, I highly recommend looking into a different agency. Unlike a good neighbor, this State Farm isn't there."

"I initially left a 5-star review because I had a great experience at first. Unfortunately, that changed quickly. Just two days after paying and signing my contract, my policy was canceled due to underwriting issues. I was told Ashley would call me on Monday (04/14/25) to help resolve the inconvenience. I did speak to her that day and requested a complete invoice showing my rate. She said she would call me back—now it’s Wednesday, and I’ve heard nothing. When I followed up, I was told she’s not available again until next Monday. This level of communication is unacceptable, especially after such a frustrating situation. I expected better. What started as a great experience has turned into a major disappointment. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Now, a week later, I still haven’t received a call from anyone. I called them and finally spoke with someone who told me I should just shop around, and no one has offered any real assistance. It’s frustrating how attentive and helpful everyone was right before I left my 5-star review—then things took a sharp turn for the worse. This is both crazy and disappointing, especially because it feels like I’m being intentionally given the runaround."
