"Courteous, but basically incompetent. Double check every request you send them, because if there's a way to screw it up, they will. That's my review of the local office.
State Farm itself will raise your rates if you don't shop around every few years, but that's true for most any insurance carrier. We switched to State Farm from Geico and saved hundreds, and we're saving hundreds now switching away from State Farm. Loyalty is not rewarded. I might give State Farm a chance in a few years, if I can use another agent."
